Welcome to Learn Afrique (“Learn Afrique,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, courses, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian, to use the Services. You agree that any information you provide to us is accurate and up to date.

3) Accounts & Access

  • You may need to create an account to access paid courses or features.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

  • We may suspend or terminate access if we detect suspicious activity or a violation of these Terms.

4) One-Time Purchases, Pricing & Payments

Learn Afrique offers one-time course purchases (not subscriptions).

  • Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

  • Your payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your purchase.

5) Refund Policy

Refunds (if offered) are governed by the refund policy shown on our website or during checkout.

If a refund is requested, we may ask for details such as:

  • the email used to purchase,

  • proof of payment/transaction reference,

  • and a brief explanation of the issue.

We may decline refund requests where there is evidence of:

  • fraud or abuse,

  • sharing/reselling content,

  • violation of these Terms,

  • or excessive use/consumption of course content (where applicable).

6) Course Access & Availability

  • Course access is provided according to what is stated on the course sales page or at checkout.

  • We may restrict access if we detect account sharing or misuse.

  • We may discontinue features or content that are no longer supported, outdated, or replaced by improved materials.

7) Course Updates & Changes

Digital marketing platforms change frequently. To keep materials relevant, we may update, improve, modify, replace, or remove course lessons, templates, and resources. We do not guarantee that any specific lesson, instructor, resource, or feature will remain available indefinitely.

8) Certificates

Where certificates are provided:

  • Certificates may require meeting completion criteria (e.g., finishing modules, quizzes, or assignments).

  • Certificates reflect course completion and participation. They do not guarantee employment, income, or business results.

9) License to Use Content (Personal Use Only)

When you purchase a course, Learn Afrique grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for your personal learning purposes only.

You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share course content,

  • record or redistribute videos or materials,

  • share account access or allow others to use your account,

  • remove watermarks or copyright notices.

10) Intellectual Property

All content on Learn Afrique—videos, text, templates, designs, graphics, branding, and logos—is owned by Learn Afrique or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11) User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes,

  • harass, impersonate, or threaten others,

  • attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Services,

  • upload malware or harmful code,

  • infringe our rights or the rights of others.

12) User Submissions (If You Post or Upload Content)

If you submit content (e.g., reviews, comments, assignments):

  • you confirm you have the right to share it, and

  • you grant Learn Afrique a non-exclusive right to use, display, and process it to operate and improve the Services.

We may remove submissions that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

13) Third-Party Links & Tools

The Services may reference or link to third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, YouTube) or external sites. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or practices.

14) Disclaimer (No Guarantees)

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

  • specific outcomes, revenue, job offers, or business growth,

  • that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available,

  • that content will remain accurate forever (platforms change).

You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learn Afrique will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) arising from your use of the Services.

If liability is found, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course purchase that gave rise to the claim.

16) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Learn Afrique harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • your misuse of the Services,

  • your violation of these Terms,

  • your infringement of any third-party rights.

17) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

  • you violate these Terms,

  • you engage in fraud or misuse,

  • you share/resell content, or

  • you attempt to disrupt platform operations.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity survive termination.

18) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

19) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
